In Person & Virtual Morning Reset Wellness Program:

2-Hour Virtual or In Person Breathwork, Meditation, and Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative 2-hour virtual session designed to reset your mind, body, and spirit.

Led by April, founder of Ohm Academy of Healing and a trauma-informed nurse coach, this program integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work with gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath. Drawing from a science-spirit bridge, we'll explore your inner "parts" with curiosity and compassion, release stress through somatic practices, and harmonize with healing frequencies inspired by our patented Hydroacoustic Sound Bed.

  • Perfect for those seeking daily renewal, personal growth, and community in a safe, inclusive space.

  • Date/Time: Saturday at 9 AM CST

  • Duration: 2 hours via Zoom

  • Investment: Virtual $28, In Person $53; sliding scale

  • Group Size: Limited to 10 Virtual, 4 In-Person for intimacy

What to Expect

  • Grounding Opening: Build safety with breath check-ins and parts awareness.

  • Breathwork Release: Gentle techniques to unblend from stress and soothe inner dynamics.

  • IFS Meditation: Deep dialogue with your parts for unburdening and integration.

  • Sound Bath Closure: Vibroacoustic immersion to restore balance.

  • Trauma-Informed Approach: Consent-based, with modifications, check-ins, and opt-outs to honor your pace.

Experience reduced anxiety, deeper self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose—aligned with Ohm Academy's mission of holistic healing.

How to Prepare

  • Mentally: Set an intention for your reset (e.g., "Connect with my core Self"). Review our pre-session email for IFS basics and what to expect. If you're new to breathwork or IFS, know we'll start gently—no prior experience needed.

  • Physically: Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Eat lightly beforehand (avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours prior) and stay hydrated. Wear loose clothing for ease.

  • Emotionally: This can surface feelings—have tissues nearby and know it's okay to pause. If you have trauma history, consider a 1:1 consult beforehand.

  • Technically: Test Zoom audio/video; use headphones for the sound bath. Download any shared resources in advance.

What to Bring

  • Comfort items: Yoga mat, pillows, blanket, or eye mask for relaxation.

  • Journal and pen: For reflections during integration moments.

  • Water bottle: To stay hydrated.

  • Open heart: Bring curiosity and self-compassion—your parts are welcome as they are.

  • Optional: Essential oils or crystals for personal enhancement.
