How to Prepare

Physically: Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Eat lightly beforehand (avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours prior) and stay hydrated. Wear loose clothing for ease.
Emotionally: This can surface feelings—have tissues nearby and know it's okay to pause. If you have trauma history, consider a 1:1 consult beforehand.
Technically: Test Zoom audio/video; use headphones for the sound bath. Download any shared resources in advance.
